- Zip only accepts regular Nuka-Cola, not Ice Cold Nuka-Cola. This is weird because it is referred to in dialogue as an "ice cold bottle of Nuka-Cola."
- He isn't sure why he is called Zip. "Why Zip, or why do I even have a nickname at all? I mean, why don't people just call me Ricky? Or Yancy? Or Eustace P. Vanderbanger the Third? People say it's because I talk so fast. Its not that I'm fast, they're just all so slow."
- Zip speaks at normal speed when you end a conversation with him by telling him to stay away.
- Like Sierra Petrovita, he seems to be in a sugar rush and a Nuka Cola addict as well.
- He wears Kid's Cave Rat Outfit (which can be reverse-pickpocketed off him).
