Yuri Lowenthal (born March 5, 1971; Alliance, Ohio) is an American voice actor that has voiced numerous anime and video game characters, including several leading roles. In Fallout: New Vegas he is the voice of Ringo, Lucius, Aurelius of Phoenix, Oliver Swanick, Henry Jamison, Elder Nolan McNamara, Lars Taggart, Fitz, Keller, Scribe Ibsen, Knight Lorenzo, Ike, Antony, Otho, Alexus and Sergio among others (including the male Courier).

He has a reputation of being a committed and creative artist on both stage and screen internationally. Some of his work includes Simon from "Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann", Sasuke Uchiha from Naruto, The Prince in Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time, Kamal Zaman from the alternate reality game I Love Bees, and Superman on Legion of Super Heroes. Yuri often voices miscellaneous additional characters, and as such generally goes uncredited for his work. He also voices a familiar enemy in the horror series Bioshock, the Spider Splicer. The crazed voice of Sergio relates a lot to them.
