The workhouse[1] is a unmarked location in the Commonwealth in 2287. It is located in Concord.
Layout
The workhouse is a 4 story office building. The center of each floor is mostly gone but there is an intact stairwell which allows the player character to navigate the floors.
On the 3rd floor there is a skeleton on top of a duffle bag. This location can be accessed by going to the 4th floor and crossing the ductwork.
On the 4th floor there is a safe with an advanced level lock beneath two skeletons, that seems to have been strangling each other.
The roof can be accessed by a ladder leading to a door in the top floor.
Notes
Judging by the positions of the skeletons in the office on the 4th floor, it seems the clothed skeleton was choking the non-clothed skeleton shortly before the bombs fell.
Appearances
The workhouse appears only in Fallout 4.
