Dr Wong Yi Tze is a short, rotund man of the Shi Empire. He is quite sympathetic to outsiders and very polite when talking to them, even cracking the occassional joke or two. His primary concern was advancing the Shi technology as fast as possible, and to that end he was ready to reward the Chosen One for providing him with a copy of the Vertibird Plans.
He was also the one who received Chip's spleen from Lao Chou. Blissfully unaware of his origin, he intended to eat it... Template:San Francisco
