Dr. Wong Yi Tze is a short, rotund man of the Shi Empire in 2241.
Background
He is quite sympathetic to outsiders and very polite when talking to them, even cracking the occasional joke or two. His primary concern is advancing the Shi technology as fast as possible. He is also the one who received Chip's spleen from Lao Chou. Blissfully unaware of his origin, he intends to eat it...

Quests
- The Shi need plans for a vertibird from Navarro: He is ready to reward the Chosen One for providing him with a copy of the vertibird plans.
- Get Chip's spleen: Lao Chou won a bet against Chip and got his spleen. He then gave the spleen to Wong Yi Tze.
