Dr. Wong Yi Tze is a short, rotund man of the Shi Empire in 2241.

He is quite sympathetic to outsiders and very polite when talking to them, even cracking the occasional joke or two. His primary concern is advancing the Shi technology as fast as possible. He is also the one who received Chip's spleen from Lao Chou. Blissfully unaware of its origin, he intends to eat it...
