Wired Reflexes is a Fallout 3 perk. It cannot be taken on level-up, but is available through The Replicated Man quest.

Advanced technology from the Commonwealth has increased your reaction speed, giving you a higher chance to hit in V.A.T.S.. This perk increases your chance to hit by 10%. As with all perks that increase your chance to hit in V.A.T.S., this bonus is multiplicative, not additive.

Obtaining

To obtain (only) this perk, side with Dr. Zimmer in the The Replicated Man, and report A3-21.

To obtain both rewards for The Replicated Man (Wired Reflexes and A3-21's Plasma Rifle), warn A3-21 of Dr. Zimmer first. He'll give you permission to kill the doc and his bodyguard, after which all you have to do is tell Zimmer about A3-21. You can still kill Zimmer, thus saving A3-21, after informing him about the android's identity. This path also results in only a small karma loss. (Harkness giving you permission to kill Zimmer and Armitage isn't essential. You can obtain the rifle, then tell Zimmer that Harkness is the android, Zimmer will give you the reward and take Harkness away, still netting both rewards)

Bugs

Before version 1.5.0.22, it has been proven on the PC that this perk was nonfunctional, similarly to Commando, Gunslinger, and Sniper. This problem does not exist with the Xbox 360 or PS3 versions of the game and the perks will work for those consoles.
