William Sadler is an actor who voices Victor in Fallout: New Vegas. He has starred in numerous other films, such as, the Shawshank Redemption, The Green Mile, and Die Hard 2. He is often cast in movies based on books by Stephen King.
In the TV-series Star Trek: Deep Space Nine he played Sloan, an operative of the clandestine intelligence agency Section 31.
