A man whose corpse is found in the Marigold Metro Station. William Brandice's key is found on his body. It would appear that William Brandice was hunting ants in the metro, given the amount of Ant Nectar and Ant Meat that he is found on his person.
He has a house in Grayditch, across the street from where you find the body of Fred Wilks. There is a locked terminal (average) and a locked container in an upstairs room, which unlocks if you have the key.
In this container contains two missiles and a missile launcher.
Brandice's terminal mentions that he had previously been in Navarro, choosing to head east. He became concerned after he heard the Enclave broadcast on a radio he found. Brandice's body contains a medical outfit, in keeping with his backstory as a doctor. His paranoia concerning the Enclave looking for him, his mentioning his "old sidearm" in his computer logs, and being found with a laser pistol on his corpse lends evidence that he may be a deserter from the organization.
