Wild Bill's Sidearm is a unique .32 Pistol in The Pitt, a Fallout 3 add-on.

Wild Bill's Sidearm can be found in the Steelyard, close to Wernher's Hideout, on the corpse of Wild Bill.
- Wild Bill's Sidearm has the highest item HP among pistols and it fires very fast outside of V.A.T.S., about as fast as you can tap the "fire" button. Because of this, it remains a relatively decent sidearm far into the game despite its low damage.
- Its reload speed is also good enough to handle an unexpected firefight.
- Can be repaired with easy to find .32 Pistols.

- It is an obvious reference to James Butler Hickok aka "Wild Bill", a famous wild west gunslinger, who was known for his two .36 caliber Colt 1851 Navy Revolvers
