Although he served in the New California Republic army, White desperately wanted to join the New California Rangers.
In the quest The White Wash, the Courier discovers that he has gone missing and Carrie Boyd wants to find him. He discovered something amiss with the water supply in Westside, and then went missing shortly afterwards during his investigations. It is later discovered that he was killed by Tom Anderson, as is revealed in Anderson's confession.
He had a previous relationship with the prostitute Dazzle from the casino Gomorrah.
