Westside thugs are local thugs living in Westside in 2281.
Background[]
During an earlier version of the quest The White Wash, if the Courier chased Hector into the north cistern stealing water, upon exiting the water cistern, three local thugs would ambush the Courier and ask why they are hassling Hector. The player character would then have the option to defuse the situation peacefully with a Speech check or attempt to kill them.
