Wernher's hideout is a location which is added to Fallout 3 in the add-onThe Pitt. It is a small house inhabited by Wernher, 1 Pitt slave, and possibly Marie. It only has 1 interior.
It's an abandoned room used by Wernher to hide, consisting of two floors; the first floor (which has nothing of interest) and the second floor, where Wernher sleeps and has a small lab set up.
This location can be accessed by climbing the set of stairs in the southwest corner of the Steelyard after you've reached the appropriate stage in Free Labor.
Marie can be found here during Free Labor should you choose to side with Wernher.
