Well-Stacked Cairns is a companion perk in the Fallout: New Vegas add-on, Honest Hearts.

Effects

When Follows-Chalk is in your party, reaching any summit in Zion (such as Ranger substations) will reveal all nearby map markers and inspire a heightened sense of awareness (Perception +3) for three minutes.

The trigger area for this perk is usually close to the fast travel point.
