The wasteland omelet is a filling meal made with the finest ingredients. It is one of the easiest high level foods to obtain, being regularly available for purchase on the Strip.

This item can be crafted by the Courier, after Jas Wilkins reveals her aunt Rose's recipe in the unmarked quest You Gotta Break Out a Few Eggs.

Notes
The Wasteland omelet has the highest amount of health recovery in the base game as a health item, restoring 12HP per second for an entire minute with 100 Survival skill, restoring 720 health points total.
Behind the scenes
This is a reference to Rose's Bed and Breakfast appearing in the city of Modoc in Fallout 2 where the owner, Rose, keeps a deathclaw to make her famous omelet which can be ordered by the Chosen One.
