The perambulator warehouse is a deserted building in Point Lookout's Pilgrim's Landing.
Layout

The perambulator warehouse is comprised of one small interior section.
The door to the Warehouse is hidden in a small lot, to the east of the boardwalk. A semi-truck outside has five live frag mines protecting it.
Inside, the warehouse is full of baby carriages, four of which are rigged. This poses a frightening danger in the difficult-to-navigate interior section. There are several shelves with random loot lining the walls.
