He can give you purified water, but only five at a time before needing to refresh his supply. It takes the regular 3 days for him to refill his supply (meaning he can restore 100 HP every 3 days).
If you have not purchased the infirmary, and are moderately injured, he will state 'You are not looking well sir/madam.' For more severe injuries he will say "You appear to be injured sir/madam, may I suggest that you seek medical attention as soon as possible?"
If Wadsworth is ignored when greeting the player, Wadsworth will mutter sarcastically "under his breath", i.e.: "How may I serve you, Master? (not that I really want to...)"
If killed, Wadsworth will respawn in 3–4 days.
Wadsworth can be found only in the Lone Wanderers' Megaton house and will not leave (except in case of bugs).
