Leon Von Felden was the Research Head of the Forced Evolutionary Virus Project at West Tek and later the Mariposa Military Base.

BackgroundEdit

When the Project was seized by the military and transferred to Mariposa, Robert Anderson was assigned control over human testing of FEV, while Felden remained the head of the project on site.

When the Mariposa crew mutinied, they attempted to pry the real story out from Von Felden, but halfway through the process, Felden lost it and was executed by Roger Maxson on 23rd Oct 2077.
