Changes: Violetta's brain

Violetta's brain is a miscellaneous item in Fallout: New Vegas.

Characteristics

It is one of three possible replacement brains for the companion Rex during the quest Nothin' but a Hound Dog. If this is used as the replacement brain for Rex, he will have an increase in movement speed. Other dropped dog brains are Rey's brain and Lupa's brain

Location

Found on the dead body of Violetta, one of Violet's guard dogs during the quest, Three-Card Bounty

Bugs

After completion of the quest, the brain will remain in your inventory as a quest item

- * with Rex as a companion,with out the brain transplant,Violetta's brain may die while swimming,specifically while trying to raise the bomber from Lake Mead, which then causes Rex to die (even if he is on land), in turn causing failure of the "Nothin' But a Hound Dog" mission. (NOTE:it is unconfirmed if this applies to the other brains)
