Vincent Vanmiller was the chief of maintenance in Vault 3 before the Fiend invasion.

Vincent was amongst the dwellers who lived in Vault 3. As with all dwellers, his life was happy and easy. When the water system suffered a leak he was tasked with fixing it. Before the vault opened and the Fiends slaughtered all the inhabitants he was in a relationship with Jennifer Lawson. After the slaughter, his fate is unknown.
