Vince is one of the mysterious "evil" salvagers in 2253.[1]
Background
Unlike most of the salvagers in the area, Vince is not an NCR convict, rather he is a middle-aged former raider scavenging with Anton's gang. The gang is territorial and isn't doing too bad sifting through the old world, although not particularly well in Denver, he stays with them for the promise of loot, like-mindedness and the possibility of finally settling down.[2]

Quests
- Kill the Evil Salvagers: Vince, like all of the "evil" salvagers, is more likely to harm the Prisoner than talk to him.[3] Should the Prisoner attempt to communicate with Anton it will inevitably breakdown and Vince will need to be taken out.[4]

Vince was to appear only in Van Buren, the canceled Fallout 3 by Black Isle Studios.
