Dog not like this place. Air smells like burnt sparks and blood.Dog

The Villa clinic is a location in the Sierra Madre's Medical District in 2281.

Layout

First floor

The entrance is the main lobby of the clinic. One of Dean's secret stashes is found in the southeast corner, behind some red chairs. A hologram security terminal is next to the door and can be used to swap the security hologram between the first and second floors.

Behind the reception desk are the bathrooms. To the left of the entrance are stairs that lead to the second floor and to the right is the main hallway with examination rooms. The room on the immediate right is filled with mannequins with explosive collars attached, along with several headless corpses lying on gurneys. The assassin suit along with a cosmic knife is on a counter on the left side of the room. If Dog is the Courier's companion, he will comment on the headless corpses, presumably previous victims of Elijah's collars.

The hallway that branches to the left is the Auto-Doc wing, containing six Auto-Docs. A speaker bars access to the rear of this section where Christine is held. This speaker is shielded and thus cannot be damaged with weapons; it must be switched off from the basement. Continuing straight down the hall from the lobby leads to another stairway upstairs and a stairway downstairs to the basement.

Basement

Down the stairs is a single main room. In the room is a workbench. Next to the bench are some shelves with a D.C. Journal of Internal Medicine. The terminal to turn off the power (which keeps the shielded speaker in the clinic upstairs running) is also located in this room.

Second floor

The second floor contains six physicians offices, filled with primarily medical-themed loot. In particular, there are several vending machine codes found throughout the offices.

A hologram guard patrols this area unless ordered to the first floor using one of the security terminals. The emitter that turns off the hologram is on the west side of the hall next to the middle office door. An exit to the Medical District is found at the top of the stairs near another hologram security terminal.

Speaker locations

Two shielded speakers are found at the end of the hallway with the Auto-Doc chambers, one seen on the corner wall, the second is next to the door to the last Auto-Doc past the first speaker.
