Vera Keyes' audition is a miscellaneous item in the Fallout: New Vegas add-on Dead Money.

The tape can be found in Vera's dresser in the Executive suites (south on the local map). The key can be obtained from Christine when confronting her in Vera's room at the end of Last Luxuries.
