Vegeir is the leader of the Slags. He dwells beneath the Ghost Farm and will ask for your assistance in establishing trade relations with the town of Modoc. He acts as a sort of guardian of Jonny and will give you permission to escort Jonny back to Modoc if you have earned his trust.
