The Vault-Tec Population Management System is a constructible settlement item added in the Fallout 4 add-on Vault-Tec Workshop.
Characteristics
Apart from having the normal features of a standard buildable settlement terminal, such as managing settings for spotlights, Contraptions Workshop machines and more, this terminal lets the Sole Survivor track companions[1] and manage what each settler does at the settlement it was built.
