• Without sufficient Charisma or Barter to gain access to Vance's supply of drugs, the Vault Dweller must speak to Jake or Lemmy.
• It is possible to access Vance's inventory by using the barter ability to the side. The Vault Dweller needs to leave immediately afterwards, though.
