Vance's lucky hat is a piece of headwear in Fallout: New Vegas.

CharacteristicsEdit

Cosmetically, it looks no different from the pre-War hat. It does not provide any Damage Threshold, but provides a bonus of +1 Perception and can be repaired with pre-War hats.

It originally belonged to the pre-war criminal Vance, but now is worn by Sammy Wins.

Worn by Sammy Wins, who is located at the Wins hideout.
