VanHagan was a member of the High Order of the Children of the Cathedral during 2161.

VanHagan worked as a messenger between the Master in the Cathedral and the Lieutenant in the Mariposa Military Base. He can be found be beside the Lieutenant when you first meet the Lieutenant.

The Vault Dweller can overhear a conversation between VanHagan and the Lieutenant about a planned invasion of Vault 13, for 1000 xp.
