Background
Scribe Vallincourt is a member of the Order of the Shield. She researches ways to make more durable and resistant armor. She tinkers with mechanical contraptions and methods that can be used for defense. This is how she came about the deathclaw control scrambler.

Effects of player actions
- If you approach her before finishing Death From Above, all she says is that she is too busy to talk. However, after the completion of Who Dares Wins, she comes off much more amicable and friendly, and heaps generous praise upon the player.
