While your entry didn't make it into the top 3, I would still like to extend my appreciation towards the effort you put forth. All of us here at the Strategic Nuclear Moose hope to see you in future challenges. :) Skål! 04:07, March 30, 2012 (UTC)
Please stop changing the durability numbers. The ones you changed for fine before, as we had an entire project dedicated to this, actually led by myself and spearheaded by The Gunny. SigmaDelta54(Talk) 18:54, April 17, 2012 (UTC)
No, you're not a chat mod anymore. Once you refresh chat it'll be gone. Take care. SigmaDelta54(Talk) 19:18, April 17, 2012 (UTC)
Nice one on the edits you've been doing, they're much more helpful than all the ones that I reverted when you first joined. Keep up the good work! Kiwi 18:20, April 19, 2012 (UTC)
Joel (if I can call you like this; For NCR just doesn't sound like a person's name), good work on your edits! Keep up the good working on improving the FO1 and 2 articles. Congrats!

I appreciate your vote and as my first duty is to warn you not to insult people, including anons. MS: Destiny conquers all. 19:24, April 20, 2012 (UTC)
I don't think that the idea is good - too short. Maybe it would have been if the option that he gets alive (and you encounter him, again) from Caesar would be available. MS: Destiny conquers all. 16:03, April 23, 2012 (UTC)
Hey, Joel! Mate, I'm reeeaaally thankful for your wish to help, but we're pretty much coming to the end. I was gonna do the peer review thing, but it's not necessary, since I myself - as a project leader - can check the quotations and tick if they are according to the guidelines. That takes just some minutes. The thick work has already been done, so I'm afraid there won't be a solid work for you. Sorry, man.
But, as I said, I appreciate the good will. Keep up the good work, mate! ;-)--CrimsonFrankie-ArroyoTalk 18:17, April 30, 2012 (UTC)
Please be more careful with your edits, especially in reverting others' edits. I've had to go back and undo some of your reverts, as the initial edits had been correct. --Skire (talk) 22:45, May 20, 2012 (UTC)
Brotherhood scrips aren't Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel currency, but Fallout Tactics currency. So you adding them to Brotherhood of Steel weapon pages as currency links is wrong. Jspoel 22:36, August 24, 2012 (UTC)
Actually, that comma is not needed. It has correct grammar as is.--A Safe People is a Strong People! 05:27, September 6, 2012 (UTC)
Yes. That's why I /removed/ the comma. The revert replaced it. That's why I asked why you reverted it. --LokisDaughter (talk) 06:46, September 6, 2012 (UTC)
Leon asked you to stop posting links. Even though they were fake he said stop. You kept posting, thus the ban. It's for two hours. Just wait it out.--Kingclyde (talk) 23:31, September 12, 2012 (UTC)
Hey, NCR! I was wondering if you would like to upload an electronic signature? I am currently creating the Grand Prize for Chad's Fallout: Apprentice, and I am wanting to create a plaque that has all of the consenting leadership's signatures and thanks on it! Some Assembly Required! 14:32, October 15, 2012 (UTC)
Well, if you have a tablet or a scanner, you can just write your signature out and upload it that way. If you don't have access to one of those, you can either use a program like Paint or Photoshop to write it out, or I can just use a default signature for you. Just make sure to let me know which font to use! Some Assembly Required! 22:38, October 16, 2012 (UTC)
I'd like to get your input on Forum:Vote:_Permaban_Reviews, if you could. I've extended the vote for a day, as I feel it's a very important decision that will effect how we deal with bans. Please add your views if you could. The Gunny 17:25, October 20, 2012 (UTC)
yo man. Hey, i was wondering, can you play new vegas after you finish it? (like fallout 3)

Hello For NCR, you've been banned from Nukapedia chat for a period of 3 days for violating the following rules of chat: Personal attacks, bigotry and/or racist or sexist name calling. You should take this opportunity to completely familiarize yourself with Nukapedia'schat policies, if you have not yet done so.
Remember when you first started to call me manservant?- yeah neither do I...
You have been given my resignation papers.
Your efforts and diligence have not gone unnoticed, and you have been given a small token of appreciation.
I never agreed to be your manservant! But don't worry, I learned a valuable lesson in reading NCR tax forms from this experience... OH!- and we can still be as friendly as a ranger and a ghoul could ever be! A feral one! >:D --The Ever Ruler (talk) 03:11, December 25, 2012 (UTC)
If you feel like it, go ahead. $ for Fallout items and $ for Fallout 2 items. But adding a linkable dollarsign to an infobox won't improve the popularity of those pages much, I think. Before you start, you might want to ask Theodorico if it's possible for a bot to do it. Jspoel 20:06, January 17, 2013 (UTC)
We can probably just add it to the template and save ourselves a bunch of time/bot work. The Gunny 20:41, January 17, 2013 (UTC)
I'll look at the template tonight and see if I can add a game specific parameter to add the link and $. Changes to the template will effect every page without having to edit them. The Gunny 20:59, January 17, 2013 (UTC)
Ran into an issue with adding those links to FO1/FO2 infoboxes. There are lots of articles for items that the infobox is for both games. I can set up a switch that checks the {games} parameter and will return the bottle cap link for FO1 only infoboxes and the NCR dollars for FO2 only infoboxes, but what should we do for infoboxes that have both games listed in the {games} parameter? The Gunny 01:32, January 18, 2013 (UTC)
(←)
You can message Gunny he can change the FO1 item infoboxes with $ with a bot. Answer for his above question with combined FO1/FO2 and also FOT infoboxes, he can change those for now to $. Think most values were entered for the FO1 value and in FO2/FOT, those weren't doublechecked and added anymore. I know anyway I added FOT game info without adding the value. And after that the combined FO1/FO2/FOT infoboxes need to be checked later on, and changed manually to:
$1 FO1
$2 FO2
$5 FOT
If FO1 and FO2 have a same value after doublechecking it, just leave it with $ + value. Jspoel 17:25, January 18, 2013 (UTC)
I've made the first template change on Infobox weapon. I added a switch that checks the {games} parameter. If it is only FO1, it adds the $ with a link to caps. If FO2, $ linked to NCR$ and FOT, $ linked to BOS script. If {games} is empty or filled with more than one game, it adds only the value, no $ or link. That way we can add multiple game values, links and icons by hand. Take a look at a couple of FO1/FO2/FOT weapons pages to see it at work, since the change was to the template, it's already done, no bot work.
After I'm sure it's working OK, I'll go ahead and make similar changes to the other item infoboxes that apply. The Gunny 21:41, January 18, 2013 (UTC)
I left Theo a message to see if he can run his bot over the pages. If you get them by hand, do me a favor and let Theo know so he doesn't program his bot. When these are all done, I'll pick another item template to do and we'll cover those. The Gunny 22:03, January 18, 2013 (UTC)
I've changed how I'm doing this. I rewrote the template value section to check the {games} parameter and it now adds the proper monetary unit for each game automatically. I also have it checking to see if there are multiple games in {games}, and it there are, it adds the appropriate monetary unit as well as the game icon for each game listed. I have also added per game value parameters (eg {value fo1}, {value fo3}) so that if the value is different in infoboxes for multiple games, you can enter each games' values. I think this is working well enough. I've already made the changes to Infobox weapon. Everything looks OK. The Gunny 18:45, January 20, 2013 (UTC)
Howdy. I made a blog covering some patroller/rollback stuff. Mostly things everybody knows already, but a few things there I wanted to make sure we were all on the same page about. Take a look at User_blog:The_Gunny/Admin_talk_-_Patrolling_and_rollback and let me know in the comments that you've had a chance to check it out. Thanks, The Gunny 02:11, January 18, 2013 (UTC)
Hey, NCR, is chat working for you? When I try to open it, I don't get chat proper, a get text that says private messages in times font, two Nukapedia logos, and a text box to enter my stuff that just says Submit query next to it. Richie9999 (talk) 18:38, January 22, 2013 (UTC)
Those videos are already on the wiki, on the Fallout intro pages etc. I've checked those pages now and updated some of them. You should use the youtube video embed tool to put videos on pages where it applies, not upload them. Jspoel 23:15, February 19, 2013 (UTC)
"Quote" Seems like most of the Apprentice entries have "The" as it's opening. "End quote"
You made a valid point & I would welcome your input.
It was an odd point but it makes me question, Would it sound better as "A Pandorioum or as is "The Pandorioum ?"
No matter what, when this whole contest is done I do plan a massive rewrite of all relating to Pandorioum. Once the contest is done of course. I had so much more I wanted to add to it & fix.. Time was just not on my side. { I got real life issues }
Anyway I just noticed your comment & I thought it was relevant.
Would "A Pandorioum" sound beter than "The Pandorioum", Or even just "Pandorioum"?

Hello, NCR. This is a message that I will be circulating through Nukapedia's Sysops. A while back I had created a more suitable version of the Administrators' Discussion Board as an attempt to help regulate important matters that require immediate attention from the veteran users around Nukapedia. With Fallout 4 on the horizon, I would like to begin making this feature more widely embraced, so that we all are more comfortable and familiar with using it for when the time comes around that we'll need to look towards it the most. What I would like to see is for an example to be set for where certain matters should be discussed within our community, as well as creating an environment where users will know that their issues will be addressed in a timely and fair manner. What does this mean, exactly?
Appropriate topics should be addressed within the ADB instead of the normal fora space. Not only is the ADB a general area to condense important topics, but it is also always kept at the top for easy access. (As well as having a place within the Community Messages.)
All Administrators, Moderators, Patrollers, and Bureaucrats should make it a priority to check through the ADB at least once every few days or so. This is the duty of mantling the extra tools, after all, and is not too much to ask for.
The ADB should make an appearance within new user's welcome message.
If a topic within the fora has been made that is of significant importance and affects the wiki as a whole, these topics should be moved into the ADB.
It is my hope that these requirements will help our community become more familiar with where they should go to have their grievances and ideas properly heard. Right now, the ADB has been largely ignored because the Sysops have also largely ignored it, and this is unacceptable at times when important matters such as this one are mostly by-passed except for a couple of people. With the chaos that is soon to come with the new title(s), all I am asking is for a bit of responsibility in making sure that we all recognize issues and ideas as they come up, and making sure that we do our parts in seeing them through. Thank you for reading, and I would greatly appreciate some feed-back. Once a general consensus has been reached, possible changes will be taken care of.
Hello! I did not revert your edit, User:Jspoelstra did. --Skire (talk) 23:01, March 21, 2013 (UTC)
Not a problem at all. Have a good one! --Skire (talk) 23:07, March 21, 2013 (UTC)
I don't consider it strategy to the degree it violates policy. It's general information with some minor pointers. And the page already has little information as it is and removing a lot of the characteristics (which has withstood the test of time) leaves too little. Jspoel 11:45, March 22, 2013 (UTC)
Sorry, I didnt realise I was at work today until my boss called me to ask why I was late... So I'm afraid I cant come into chat for the next couple of hours. Agent c (talk) 21:05, March 29, 2013 (UTC)
Hello NCR. This is a message I will be rotating among Nukapedia's sysops and regular contributors. I would like your input on this forum. In an attempt to remove redundancy and confusion, I have proposed some tweaks to user rights, including the elimination of the moderator position. Thanks for your time, and let me know if you have any questions. nihil novi sub sole 09:34, March 31, 2013 (UTC)
Gunny has called a straw poll to determine whether we move forward with some user rights changes. Your input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time. nihil novi sub sole 20:22, April 3, 2013 (UTC)
