The purpose of this blog will be to detail the progression of my latest character project, having been thoroughly amused by "El Presidente" a militant independent based loosely on Cuban leader Fidel Castro. This time around I will be using guns again, though probably something a bit different than a semi-automatic pistol and light machine gun. I may try a Riot shotgun and a Ranger Sequoia, she will also be in conflict with Caesar's Legion (Rome) as I have yet to play through the NCR side of things and the real Belle Starr was from Carthage, Missouri. The actual Carthage, not the town in Missouri, historically fell to Rome after several bitter conflicts. I thought it fitting then that the concept is supportive of the NCR in an RP perspective.
I just finished some early tests of various exploits to speed up the process of character creation on the 360, I will be posting the initial stats tomorrow after some rest.
Alright, I am starting the game up right now. Initial attributes are not going to be focused on long-term play, as I intend to exploit the XP glitch in Run Goodsprings Run (basically kill Ringo, get the part to speak to Chet and Doc Mitchell, then retrieve the medicine from the doc and turn it in for free chems, kill Joe Cobb to fail the quest, locking chet in an endless speech/barter XP loop). Many perks remain even after rebuilding when leaving Goodsprings. I still intend to play on hardcore/hard difficulty this time around though.

- Keep in mind that Comprehension will allow four skill points per permanent book you find, save all books until it has been taken. A list of books can found here, keep in mind the total number of books you can acquire when building the actual character. You do not need to spend points boosting a skill to 100 if you can get there from say 84 (or lower) with skill books and DLC books.
