Fallout: New Vegas is getting a hefty chunk of downloadable content next month to coincide with the release of the fourth DLC chapter, Lonesome Road, which has been dated for release in just over three weeks' time. Contacted by the original Courier Six, you'll be looking for more answers in Lonesome Road.

Courier Six is a man by the name of Ulysses, who refused to make delivery of the ubiquitous Platinum Chip at the beginning of Fallout: New Vegas' story. If you help Ulysses by making a journey through the hurricane-plagued canyons of the Divide torn apart by earthquakes and storms, he'll tell you why he didn't take the job.

The launch of Lonesome Road will be followed by two additional DLC packs on September 27th called the 'Courier's Stash' and 'Gun Runner's Arsenal'. The Courier's Stash will retail for 160 Microsoft Points and grants immediate access to the four content packs previously only available by pre-ordering Fallout: New Vegas, namely The Caravan Pack, Classic Pack, Mercenary Pack and Tribal Pack. Each offers unique weapons and items.

The Gun Runner's Arsenal will cost 320 Microsoft Points and enables you to increase the range of unique weapons, mods, ammo types and recipes waiting to be unearthed in and around the Mojave Wasteland.

Fallout: New Vegas' Lonesome Road DLC will be out on the Xbox Live Marketplace from September 20th for 800 Microsoft Points.
