Alicia Meyer is a caravan guard in 2241, 2253 and 2281.
Background
Alicia Meyer was born in July 2224. Alicia never met her parents, since her father died six months before her birth and her mother died in childbirth. With no parents, Alicia was left to be raised by her sixteen year old brother in the New California Republic. Alicia was raised happily and was taught survival techniques by her brother.
At age 15, Alicia joined the Stockmen's Association, along with her brother. Alicia became a caravan guard and traveled extensively around the Core Region, often shooting down geckos and weak raiders along the way. Her first tough fight was in 2240 where she fought a super mutant near The Den. Alicia and her fellow caravan guards managed to take the beast down with no brahmin injured.
In 2241, Alicia decided to visit the New Reno casinos in her spare time. She also visited Gecko and met Harold who told her a lot about the world before the war. Alicia became fascinated with the Old World and continually visited Harold to hear more stories.
Alicia eventually left the Stockmen's Association in 2246 to travel. Alicia visited many places during her traveling time, she went around to New Reno frequently, she visited Arroyo, Vault City and the Hub. She also revisited Gecko to see Harold but he had left the town behind. Alicia decided to try and find big traces of the Old World left behind. She heard a lot of rumors about a place called the Big Empty, apparently an old pre-War science facility that was left untouched by the War. Nobody had ever seen the facility with their own eyes, however, and so Alicia did not believe all the rumors she heard.

After her travelling days, Alicia decided to return to her normal job, as a caravan guard. This time Alicia joined the Crimson Caravan and worked with a bigger pay.
In 2253, the caravan that Alicia was guarding was attacked. She had managed to survive the attack, whilst no-one else did. Alicia wanted to find out who attacked the caravan and she immediately reported to the boss of the Crimson Caravan who tasked her with finding the destroyers.
In December 2253, Alicia found out that it was a rival caravan company, the company was very small scale and they wanted to somehow damage the Crimson Caravan so they could get better business. Alicia shot the boss of the company dead and returned to the Crimson Caravan headquarters for a large pay.

In 2281 Alicia is working with the Crimson Caravan in the Mojave Wasteland as a guard. Sometime before the Second Battle of Hoover Dam, Alicia visited the Big Empty where she found out a lot of information about the Old World.
