Just got the Fallout Collection

However, the major bummer happened when I tried booting it up and it wouldn't display correctly. A lot of random pixelated parts of the screen along with loud colors like bright reds and blues. At which point I'm assuming the problem is the graphics card. Does anyone know how I can check the capabilities of my computer to make sure that everything is in line with the specs on the box?
