Plant Paradise? (Rotface Information)
I just paid a beggar near the Mick and Ralph shop some caps for information. Rotface, the npc, told a story about how someone strolled into town saying they found a plant paradise where there is plenty of food and no suffering. He also said how people started leaving town to go there never coming back to freeside. Is this an actual quest, a place, or just Fallout Legend?
Power Armor Training
Does anyone know where to get power armor training in the Mohave Wasteland of Fallout New Vegas? Anyway the last game you recieved the training from the Brotherhood of Steel, is it the same way in this game?
