Ok, so with lonesome road out and the Gun Runners' Arsenal and Courier's Stash coming out tomorrow, I will be starting a new game with 1 goal: To try and collect everything in the game! Not just the unique weapons/armor and stuff but every misc. item, consumable, holodisks, notes, etc. you name it and i want to have it! Now, depending on how I will play this and with all the dlc's and all the different outcomes there are in them, this will take a nice long time. Which, for all i am concerned, is fine with me!I just want to be able to say that I got everything..well, yeah, with the Wild Wasteland perk and with certain perks creating different things (e.g Them's Good Eatin'), I probably will not get EVERYTHING but you all know what i'm sayi…
Ok, i'm kinda 1/3 of the way through dead money for a 2nd time and ever since i completed it for the first time, way back when, i was always wondering something...
Why would anyone choose to give Veronica Elijah's Last Words holotape instead of keeping it and getting the Elijah's Ramblings perk???
Unless you absolutely hate melee, which in this game i can't see how. Anyways, just thought i'd see what, if any, reason someone would do that and if YOU did, let me know!

I heard all the rumors of how there might be as much as 9 dlc's for NV, which i never believed, but i was hoping there would at least be one more after the lonesome road. But after playing old world blues and dead money, i don't see them making a 5th dlc. All the notes, holodiscs, computer logs all hint (strongly) that "it will all come to an end" when the courier can go home alone (paraphrasing). They all kinda say in some part to taking the long road home, having to do it alone, a final confrontation, etc. Its obvious that in the lonesome road, you meet up with Ulyssus (finally!) and you guys figure out whats next between the two of you and for the mojave. Lets also assume a bunch of old npc's will be there like that mute christine. who …Read more >
After playing Fallout 3 again I realize what makes it better than NV..Other than the awesome and funny RANDOM ENCOUNTERS that are totally gone from New Vegas (Wild Wasteland Perk adds things, but they aren't random).. Not 2min ago I found myself in a battle royal with a ton of super mutant overlords in L'enfant Plaza in F3 and halfway through out of nowhere swoops in a vertibird and yeah, big explosions everywhere and killing and it was f'ing awesome ('cause i lived...).
But I Digress...
Whenever you enter a new building/house/area in F3, you can find rare or awesome items (i.e. skill books, weapons, Nuka Quantum, etc...) pretty much anywhere! I mean, when you enter a house in F3 how can you not look under every bed, check on top of lights, …Read more >
