    with Fallout 4 rumors escalating rapidly, what perks would you like to see in it, or even make up your own perks

    One perk I thought of would be one where you could get the lead from the bullets back that you fired into someone with a 45% chance to recover it.

    one of my friends said that there might be some news about fallout 4 at e3 coming up next week but i dont think there is unless bethesda plans on giving informaition about dishonored and fallout 4 which i doubt *sigh* why cant bethesda just continue there normal series instead of trying to make new ones.

    well ign finally did it they decided to say what they think should be done to fallout personnaly i hate what ign has to say about games because most of the time it is just stupid but i'll let you guys decide that
