ReduxPolls

The Polls are just like candy. Too many at one time will rot your teeth. Or uh, something like that.

Disclaimer: The Weekly Saturday Poll is a poll (not a pole!) every Saturday asking the community what they think about the fallout series ranging from skills, guns, music and other paraphernalia. Have a suggestion for the next poll? Tell me on my talk page!

You know what's always bugged me? Film critics.

Yeah. Like they know better than me about what I want to watch.

I mean everyone has heard of Citizen Kane but seriously, about 20 minutes in I fell asleep. I had a lot of fun watching Dude Where's my Car.

Citizen Kane has pterodactyls in it. They reused footage from King Kong in one scene as just a background and there are dinosaurs flying around in the sky.

Is there a T-Rex anywhere?

Unfortunately not. But that would have improved it.

Polls LWR

Question #1 I asked (let's just refer to it as the "guard" question)

  • In third place with 5 votes was Other. It was probably too long so they didn't read it.
  • In 2nd place with 54 votes is the water stealer. That'll teach you to use your survival instincts!
  • And in 1st place with 106 votes was both. Uh, I got nothing.

Question #2 I asked Which Fallout game had your favourite way of starting the game?

  • In third place with 21 votes was being chosen to save your Vault in Fallout. Did you pick the short straw? Or was the Overseer just happy to rid of your dumb 1 INT self?
  • In 2nd place with 52 votes was being shot in the head and left to die. I could have said dead instead of die, but that would have rhymed. Regardless, it's the beginning of another CSI episode. Except you got better.
  • And in 1st place with 98 votes was leaving the Vault to look for Liam Neeson. Make sure you don't blow up any towns in the meanwhile!

Question #3 I asked Do you prefer side-quests which link more to the main-quest or ones which stand as their own stories?

  • Third place with 12 votes were ones which link to the main story. I'm disappointed the Holy Hand Grenades didn't play into the main story at all.
  • Second place with 20 votes was independent stories. Like Harold spreading his love junk all over the Wasteland, even into spaaaace.
  • In first place with 143 votes was both, if they're done right. I really seemed to have dug myself into a hole there, with that perfect option. It won't happen again.
