The Saturday Polls: now being broadcasted in foreign languages with English subtitles. Don't like reading subtitles? Tough s**t, suckers!
Disclaimer: The Weekly Saturday Poll is a poll (not a pole!) every Saturday asking the community what they think about the fallout series ranging from skills, guns, music and other paraphernalia. Have a suggestion for the next poll? Tell me on my talk page!
Depends really. At my secondary school in like Year 10, one of my friends was very mature for her age, so it was quite easy and pleasent to talk to her. On the other hand there was a majority of guys who liked to blow up condoms with water and whack each other with them...
Question #1 I asked Which faction has your favourite emblem?
In third place with 26 votes is the Enclave. Their policies might be questionable, but you have to admit their logo is pretty spiffing.
In 2nd place with 34 votes is the NCR. Or as the tribes of Zion call them: Enseeyar of the Sunset lands.
And in 1st place with 93 votes is the Brotherhood of Steel. Brought upon in most likely circumstances by many Fallout 3 first-timers! (I voted for the Legion, personally)
Question #2 I asked When you start a Fallout game (or RPGs in general) do you use the default appearance or design your own character?
In third place with 5 votes is the default option. Who can resist the charms of the default Shepard?
In 2nd place with 31 votes was using the default if it looks good, otherwise customizing the character. Did you know the Courier has a default appearance? Look on the back of your game case.
And in 1st place with 179 votes was customizing your character. Customizing your character? In a RPG? Unthinkable.
Question #3 Leea asked What do you think happens to Mr. New Vegas if the Legion takes over the Mojave Wasteland?
Third place with 34 votes was finding him and smashing his circuit boards. Now who will tell the wasteland of an ambiguous person and their exploits!?
2nd place with 35 votes was finding him and reprogramming him to say Legion propaganda. True to Caesar!
In first place with 125 votes was they can't find and he continues to (in the words of the somewhat biased Leea) spread word of the Legion atrocities. Maybe Mr New Vegas didn't actually exist, he's just an alternate persona of the Courier which the Courier cannot remember due to amnesia!
You're one of many town guards charged with keeping the peace in a community. One day, a man is charged with attempting to steal water from the already dwindling supply. Another guard was sent to keep the peace but lost his cool and lashed out at the man and beat him, but the water remained safe as a result. You're tasked with administering justice and your superior has ordered that you must punish at least one of these men, to prevent similar actions from happening again. Who do you choose?
Which Fallout game had your favourite way of starting the game?
Do you prefer side-quests which link more to the main-quest (Like New Vegas) or ones which stand as their own stories (like Fallout 3)?
Oh no, Splinter will never be the same in my mind again.
