Why not Flagstaff?

I think that may have been a cool location for DLC content. It would be interesting to see the capital of Caesars Legion and all that it would have to offer. One must imagine that the former state of Arizona under the control of the Legion must be a frightening buy yet awe inspiring place. The quests in this DLC could be dictated by the 2nd battle of hoover dam and how the Courier ended the story.
