While we're all waiting for the supposedly big news today, Bethesda has finally opened an official Fallout: New Vegas board in their forum. Aside from that, while there is no dedicated New Vegas board in Obsidian forum, there are various New Vegas threads there. Expect New Vegas developers like J.E. Sawyer to post in both places.
