How did the supplys to biuld the Sierra Madre get to the Casino Hotel and the Villa by proxy, if you couldn't bring some sort of vehicle into the city? Shouldn't there be some sort of electric or fusion powered golf cart sized vehicle for maintanance crews, police, or even to shuttle guests from one end of the villa to the other?
Also shouldn't there be some sort of vehicle hub on outside (or in the outskirts) of the Villa? Ex. Train terminal, Truck Depo, Parking Lot, etc...
