Mimir is a crazy NPC that will attack people on site, trying to eat their "delicious" brains. Be careful of random traps he places everywhere he goes. His dorm room is especially full of them. Dice do not agree with Mimir, unless he is playing Risk. Then he can easily defend Brazil from any army with a single unit.
