Yo, I'm an old school Fallout fan, but enough of a realist that I accept that things change. Which means I consider FO1, 2, 3 and New Vegas canon. I don't think Van Buren is, nor the Fallout Bible till it appears in a game. This puts me at odds with some of the articles on here, but I leave well enough alone. ;)
