Tulip is a merchant in Underworld and the proprietor of Underworld Outfitters in the year 2277.
[edit] Background
According to other Underworld residents, many people don't purchase items at her store and she is not very successful. A few of the other residents hint that she is interested in Satanic folklore. She says she's a member of The Railroad when asked about it. She reveals that she spends her caps at either Carol's Place or The Ninth Circle. However she prefers Carol's place, and dislikes The Ninth Circle.
[edit] Interactions with the player character
The player character can buy items from her store, like Schematics - Railway Rifle, She also gives the book Paradise Lost during the conversation when asked for the Underworld's origins. Reading this book increases Speech by 1 (or by two if you have the Comprehension perk), as if it were a copy of Lying, Congressional Style. She also has one of the holotapes for The Replicated Man quest.
[edit] Inventory
- Tulip cannot be Mezzed.
- Sometimes when Tulip is killed the Ghouls don't care. This may be because of their disliking of her, or a bug.
- Tulip will appear to have a crush on the player, whether they are male or female. She expresses joy when they arrive and always asks them to "come back soon...please!" in a pleading like tone whenever they leave.
[edit] Appearances
Tulip only appears in Fallout 3.
