The toxic dump site is a location in the Mojave Wasteland. It is located east of Novac and north of Clark Field.
Layout
Edit
This location consists of a partially buried shipping container, with radioactive barrels spilling out of the back of it. The container sits on the edge of a small cliff and has no apparent loot inside or around it. It should be noted this location is lightly irradiated.
Notes
Edit
- A wastelander with random loot has been found here, sometimes dead or wounded. Upon speaking with him he just tells you to go away with no dialogue options, and may run away. If dead, he will respawn alive 3 game days after the map cell is first loaded, typically upon first visiting Novac. He has 0 health, and dies instantly upon taking any form of damage.
- A similar bug occurs with most other corpses labeled wastelander, as well as Trash at the old nuclear test site and Gourd at Brewer's beer bootlegging.
- The dump site features nothing of true value.
Appearances
Edit
The toxic dump site appears only in Fallout: New Vegas.
