A low intelligence character having a conversation with Torr
Bugmen take moo-moos at night. Torr scared! Hep Torr? (Well, as I said, they are nocturnal in their feeding habits. I sure could use some assistance in guarding the brahmin. Will you kill any bugmen that you see near the brahmin?)

—Top hat and monocle moment, mate!

Torr Buckner is a mentally challenged NPC in Fallout 2 that can be found in Klamath.

[edit] Background

A very large man covered in dust with a small smile and a blank look on his face, Torr is the retarded member of the Buckner family. He is uncannily strong, however, and is used by his relatives for all sorts of menial work, in particular guarding brahmin. His low intelligence makes him a likely victim for cattle rustlers, for example, the Dunton brothers.

[edit] Interactions with the player character

Torr is the subject and initiator of three Klamath quests. For a normal intelligence character, he is useless afterwards, however, if you have a intelligence less than 4 you can have an intelligent conversation with Torr, in which you can ask about what's going on in Klamath.
