Toad Morton is one of the four Morton brothers. He is leader of a small gang and can be encountered via a random attack during world travel after completing the quest Kill Frog Morton.

- Big gun thug (60 HP) - Flamer
- Gun thug (50 HP) - City-Killer combat shotgun
- Agile thug (45 HP) - 14mm pistol
