| ||For an overview of tire irons that appear in the Fallout series of games, see Tire iron.|
This common weapon, often used by raiders, isn't very strong compared to other Melee Weapons such as sledgehammers. Although not a highly damaging weapon, it has a rapid attack, so many blows can be landed quickly. It is repaired with other tire irons, and can be bought at several shops throughout the wasteland.
The tire iron can successfully strike about 667 times from full condition before breaking.
Highwayman's Friend - Unique tire iron found in Canterbury Commons. Slightly more powerful than the regular tire iron, the Highwayman's Friend is also more than twice as durable. However, it weighs two pounds more than its non-unique cousin.
