The Tops floor manager is the manager of the floor for The Tops casino in 2281.
Background
The Tops floor manager is a member of the Chairmen responsible making their casino more approachable and guest friendly. The casino does this by having their floor manager give out special prizes like food and drink (and even a free hotel room), which entices Strip visitors to make use of the establishment (which, in reality, brings in more caps for the Chairmen).

- Big Winner, The Tops: After winning 2,500 chips, he will happily award the player with beer. After winning 5,000 chips, he will gladly award the player with a meal and another drink. After winning 7,500 chips from gambling, the floor manager will reward you with the High Baller suite. The player can stay in the suite as long as they like. However after winning 10,000 chips, he bans you from playing at The Tops in a mean manner.

Notes
The floor manager bears a striking resemblance to Sammy Davis, Jr. Davis was one of the original rat pack members and was surprising popular in his era for being both African-American and Jewish.
